Homestudy Membership Terms & Conditions

GENERAL ADVICE WARNING
The contents of this product have been prepared without taking account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Because of that you should, before taking any action to acquire any of the educational products mentioned, consider whether the product is appropriate having regard to your own objectives, financial situation and needs.

You should obtain your own independent advice relating to the relevant financial products mentioned in this product (which contains full details of the terms and conditions of the relevant educational product) and consider it before making any decision about whether to acquire the educational product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Default & Consequences of Default
1.1Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date when payment becomes due, until the date of payment, at a rate of two and one half percent (2.5%) per calendar month and such interest shall compound monthly at such a rate after as well as before any judgement.
1.2If the Buyer defaults in payment of any invoice when due, the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller from and against all costs and disbursements incurred by the Seller in pursuing the debt including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis and the Seller’s collection agency costs.
1.3Without prejudice to any other remedies the Seller may have, if at any time the Buyer is in breach of any obligation (including those relating to payment), the Seller may suspend or terminate the supply of Goods to the Buyer and any of its other obligations under the terms and conditions. The Seller will not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage the Buyer suffers because the Seller has exercised its rights under this clause.
1.4If any account remains overdue after thirty (30) days then an amount of the greater of twenty dollars ($20.00) or ten percent (10.00%) of the amount overdue (up to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200.00)) shall be levied for administration fees which sum shall become immediately due and payable.
1.5Without prejudice to the Seller’s other remedies at law the Seller shall be entitled to cancel all or any part of any order of the Buyer which remains unfulfilled and all amounts owing to the Seller shall, whether or not due for payment, become immediately payable in the event that:
(a) any money payable to the Seller becomes overdue, or in the Seller’s opinion the Buyer will be unable to meet its payments as they fall due; or
(b) the Buyer becomes insolvent, convenes a meeting with its creditors or proposes or enters into an arrangement with creditors, or makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors; or
(c) a receiver, manager, liquidator (provisional or otherwise) or similar person is appointed in respect of the Buyer or any asset of the Buyer.

2. Permission to use testimonials
If a Member provides a testimonial about Roderick Gordon & Associates Pty Ltd or 21st Century Education or one of our Speakers, Roderick Gordon & Associates Pty Ltd or 21st Century Education may use the testimonial, in part or whole, to promote 21st Century Education in any format or medium at any time.

21ST CENTURY ACADEMY 5 YEAR HOMESTUDY MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS / REFUND POLICY:
The Homestudy program comes with a limited 90 day, 100% Money Back Guarantee for clients in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada and the USA. Clients outside of these countries are not entitled to a refund. Subject to the following conditions :

1.To claim a refund you will (a) agree to watch the first 10 DVD’s of the Homestudy package,(b) speak to a 21st Century Academy mentor in the first 90 days and (c) either attend a 21st Century 4 day Education for Life Seminar or attend two Homestudy webinars within the first 90 days.
If you elect to attend the Education for Life Seminar inside your 90 day refund period then the refund period expires at the dinner break of the second day of the seminar as opposed to the normal 90 day period.

The Seminar refund procedure is to either :
a)Inform 21st Century Seminar support staff that you wish to refund the Homestudy and that you will not complete the 4 day Education for Life Seminar. You will then meet with a Customer Service Representative at the event to ascertain your reasons for the refund and at the end of your meeting you will be given a refund request Form 1 to fill in and return to a Customer Service Representative that day. Or;
b)If you are unable to attend a 4 day Education for Life seminar within the first 90 days, email membersupport@21stca.com.au your contact details, the home study purchase date and the reason for the refund request. You will need to have watched the DVD’s , attended at least two member support webinars and have spoken to a 21st Century Academy mentor.

2. Once your refund is approved by management, you will be posted a refund return Form 2. You will need to fill out this form and return it with the complete Homestudy package within 14 days. If the Homestudy pack is not returned in a saleable condition or the DVDs have been copied, then the refund guarantee is voided. Once the refund has been approved and home study returned you will receive your refund within 30 days of receiving the Homestudy and paperwork back.

3. If you receive a refund, you are not entitled to use any of the contacts or intellectual property from the Homestudy package as they are only provided to 21st Century Homestudy Members.

4.The Homestudy will be shipped in two parts:

Part A of the Product will generally be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Allow 10 to 21 days for it to arrive no matter where in the world you live.

Part B will be collected by you at the end of day 3 of a 4 day Education for Life Seminar if you attend within your initial 90 day period. Collecting Part B at the Event or after 90 days from ordering the Homestudy means that you accept that you have accepted the product and are no longer entitled to a refund. The acceptance means that you will fulfill any contracts that you have entered into with 21st Century Academy.

5.Debt collection fees of no less than $300 per member will apply for customers who default on payments and are sent to the Debt Collector.

6. Attendance at a 4 Day Education for Life Seminar and all other seminars, does not include airfares, accommodation or meal expenses.

7. A $65 Postage and Handling fee is payable for all orders and is non-refundable. You will also have to pay for your own postage if returning the Homestudy course.
